Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the Daily Home Cleaning Schedule app ("Home Cleaning", the "App") handles information. The App is published by SELECTA LAB LLC (Ukraine), "we" or "us". The App has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of ours: you do not give us your name, email address or any other contact details inside the App.
Information stored on your device
The App keeps what you enter on your device only: your homes, rooms, tasks, repeat schedules, completion history, time budget, daily reminder settings, and your choices for theme and language. This information is stored in the App's local database and settings on your phone. We do not receive it, and we do not sync or back it up to any server of ours. The App also keeps technical values it creates itself, such as random identifiers, the install date and your last known subscription status; what is sent from these is described below.
How the information is used
Your information is used only to show your cleaning plan, build Today's list, calculate progress and statistics, and schedule reminders. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. The App does not use your camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or Health data, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see or store your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions: it receives purchase and subscription information (such as the product bought, its status and the store receipt) together with a random identifier created for the App, so that the App can unlock Premium and restore your purchases. We pass RevenueCat the same random analytics identifiers described below so that purchases can be matched with product events.
Notifications
If you allow it, the App schedules local notifications on your phone: a daily reminder and, with Premium, reminders for individual tasks. They contain the number of tasks due, or the task and room name, are created on your device, and do not go through any server of ours. You can turn off the daily reminder in the App (Settings > Daily reminder), a task's reminder in that task, or all of them in your phone's system settings.
App updates and platform services
The App uses these services, and no others:
- Amplitude (product analytics). It receives usage events such as app opened, onboarding steps, paywall views and purchase results, screens or features used (for example a task ticked, a room added, a language or theme chosen, Progress opened), your plan status (free or Premium), the number of days since install, and a random user identifier and a random device identifier generated by the App. Event data never contains the names of your homes, rooms or tasks. As with most analytics tools, Amplitude also receives basic technical details such as app version, operating system, device manufacturer and model, language, and your network (IP) address, from which it derives an approximate region.
- RevenueCat (subscriptions), as described above.
- Apple App Store and Apple's system services (purchases, subscription management, the in-app rating prompt, notification delivery on your phone).
- Expo (EAS Update), which delivers app updates. When the App starts it may ask the update server for a newer version of the App's code, which includes your app version, platform and a random installation identifier, and receives the update package.
These providers process the information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention and deletion
Your plan data stays on your phone until you remove it. To delete it, go to Settings > Clear all data and confirm: all homes, rooms, tasks and history are deleted, scheduled reminders are cancelled and the App returns to its first-run screens. Theme and language preferences, the random analytics identifiers, the install date and your last known subscription status are kept. Deleting the App from your phone removes all data stored by the App on the device. Clearing data in the App does not remove information already sent to Amplitude or RevenueCat, or your purchase history in your Apple account. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International use
The App is available in several countries. The services named above may process information in countries other than yours.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. The current version is always available in the App (Settings > Privacy Policy).
